Is that title a reference to Luis Buñuel/Salvador Dali's 'Un Chien Andalou'?

Yes, it is a reference to 'Un Chien Andalou' -- by way of the Pixies song "Debaser".
Titled that way because I saw that plane cross right in front of the moon, like the cloud in 'Un Chien Andalou'.
Ah... makes more sense now. It's been several years since I saw that film. The moon/cloud image has fallen from memory; the eyeball will remain forever, I think.
