I spent a couple of hours in Chicago's Millenium Park this morning. It was a perfectly clear Fall day. It was very peaceful (8 a.m.), even with sirens wailing in the background.

I'm not sure how I feel about this image.

Another Exploration of the Satellite Heart




A warm hello. I am new here.

I open with this photo from the salad days, summer 2004. The Cubs had a great day. That's Matt Clement on the mound -- he won that game. Things were grand.

They still are. But there's a bite in the air, and we are hanging on by a thread.
